As a young boy, Jack Offerman was gifted a rare pet cockatoo, on the one condition that he never let it out of its cage.

Due to an arcane clause in his Mother's lease agreement, any loose animals were forbidden on the premises. But so long as the bird stayed confined between the bars of its cage, Jack was allowed to keep it.

He loved that damn bird from the day that his mother's friend Gerald brought it home and bestowed it upon young Jack.

Every day after school, Jack would race home to play with his new pet, teaching it colorful new phrases that it would parrot back to him in its honking, squawking voice. As they played for hours in the corner of the living room, the two formed a special bond - as boy and bird often do.

But one day, as Jack played with this beautiful creature, staring at it through the thick wrought-iron bars, he dreamt of a world where the two of them could roam free. He envisioned dancing around, his bird soaring through the air of their two-bedroom condominium - a reality which his overbearing landlord (and Mother) would never allow.

From that day forward, Jack was determined to make it his life's mission to free all of the wonderous creatures on this planet from their shackles, their cages, and their prison cells.

And that is why, jack is here for you. To fight for you. To kill for you. To die for you.
